Project Management Specialist

Tomás Escobar Franco

Originally from Colombia, Tomás joined the AIMS Center in September 2023 as a student worker while earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Fresno Pacific University, graduating with Latin honors, cum laude. Following graduation, he stepped into his current role as Project Management Specialist. He supports project coordination, operational systems, financial processes, organizational workflows, communications, and outreach efforts that help sustain and strengthen AIMS initiatives. Tomás values growth, collaboration, and building efficient systems that support meaningful educational work. Outside of AIMS, he enjoys playing soccer, training at the gym, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with family and friends.
